Welcome to Department of English Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas PGRI Madiun. This department was established in 1986 considering the high demand for English teachers at that time. In fact, the prospective graduates in the western part of East Java were still insufficient. Currently, this department holds the accreditation rank of “Baik Sekali.”

This department assists the learning process with qualified lecturers with Masters and Doctoral degree graduated from leading universities in Indonesia. Some other facilities are also provided for learning support such as library, language laboratory, computer laboratory, wi-fi connection, and many more. The curriculum has implemented those met the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) requirement, such as internship and credit transfer. This is intended to prepare the graduates to face the future working challenge or demands. May you enjoy to study in our department.
